40' Demountable Cruising

Simple
40' cruising trimaran in developed plywood |
This
utterly simple 40' cruising trimaran is the boat featured
under construction in my CM construction video
on DVD. It was built by one guy in 6 months,
including the interior. He did spend another 5 months
painting it outside.
Besides
being simple to build, it drives like a sports car.
It is quick, responsive and nimble. It has a rotating
extrusion mast. It can be built demountable.
Large
sausage bags lashed to the nets allow a surprising amount
of gear to be stored there. Power is from an 8 hp. outboard. |
